All of our videos are available in both streaming and non-streaming formats as well as Windows and Real Media. The complete video is available no matter which one you use. For your convenience we have listed the various methods below. Please note that the first time you click on a video link during a given session you will be asked to re-enter your username and password once. Please be sure to enter your username and password exactly as they were given to you as they are case-sensitive.

1. Streaming Videos – No Downloading required

Each episode on this website is available in Flash, Windows Media and Real Media Streaming. Flash videos play in our revolutionary player in the following bit rates; 512k, 935k, and 1500k HD Quality. Windows Media and Real Media files streaming videos play in either 385 or 536kbps.

To watch your chosen video simply click the play button beside your desired media player. The video will launch automatically and begin to play within a few seconds in its entirety. If after one-minute your video does not play automatically please close the player and try again.

Please note that streaming video links will not download onto your computer. Streaming video is designed for those who do not wish to download files onto their hard drive. If you right click and ‘save target as’ the file you download will be a 1k empty file and not the video.

2. DRM FREE Windows Media Downloads

All episodes on this website are available in DRM Free Windows Media downloads. Video sizes include 640x360 at 536 kbps, 720x480 at 1500 kbps, and 1280x720 in HD Quality 5.12 Mbs. Keep in mind that the HD Quality videos are very LARGE files and are best suited for those with very fast broadband connections. Most broadband users will be able to download these videos within 5-15 minutes.

3. Download for Dialup Connections – NO DRM

Each episode on this site is available for customers with slow Internet connections. Members may choose Real or Windows Media. These videos are DRM FREE and are encoded in speeds up to 256kbps. These videos have a smaller picture size and sacrifice a little clarity for quick downloading, which make them perfect for dialup users.

To watch your chosen video simply click the download link for either Windows or Real Media. You will be asked where you would like to save the file on your computer. A good place to keep your video is under My Videos in your My Documents folder. However, the choice is yours. After the download is complete, click open, and the video will begin to play. Once the file is downloaded to your computer you may watch it again and again. However, please do not share these videos with anyone as they are protected under copyright.

4. Quicktime Downloads

Most of our videos are encoded for Quicktime. Quicktime is perfect for MAC users and mobile or apple devices. Simply click the download link for Quicktime and download the file to your computer or mobile device.

Please note that members may watch the videos in any format. However, sample videos or 'trailers' in the tour area are available in Windows Media and Flash formats. This site is MAC friendly.
